Student Spotlight

What is your name and where do you live?

My name is Sara Guo and I live in Texas.

What have you been able to do your senior year because you attend The Bridge School?

The Bridge School has provided me with invaluable opportunities during my senior year, enabling me to seamlessly balance my rigorous dance training with academic pursuits. Beyond the dance studio, I’ve had the privilege of learning from dedicated teachers who not only supported my artistic endeavors but also guided me through the complexities of the college application process. The Bridge School has enriched my senior year and will undoubtedly impact my life beyond high school.

What are your future plans?

I will be attending Juilliard, where I aim to enhance my technical skills while exploring new creative dimensions in dance. I see this journey as a path of self-discovery, where I’ll constantly evolve as an artist. With dedication, I aim to use dance to express my deepest emotions and connect with audiences in a meaningful way.

UPDATE!

Exciting Announcement! Sara has been selected as one the semifinalist to advance to the final selection of the U.S. Presidential Scholars. We’d like to take this moment to congratulate her and recognize her teacher, Mrs. Sutherland, for submitting the application on behalf of Sara. Congratulations!
